Maybelline Dream Liquid Mousse - Foundation

Yessss! This foundation is my absolute baby. I love this foundation soooo much! It offers just the right coverage for someone who goes to school everyday and it's so blendable! Disregard the redness in this photo my camera was being weird :)
Okay so, you probably can't see it, but on my ring finger's knuckle is where I just half blended it, and on the remainder of the back of my hand is where I blended it all out. As you can tell, it's not my color. This was my summer foundation right before I went back to school so.. yeah. If I'm correct I'm in Light 2 or 1. I didn't realize how pale I was until I went to pick my foundation tone :(
(Just to prove it's not my tone) I can't tell you how much I love this foundation. When I was little my mom used to have the cream foundation in the little palettes with the mirrors and sponges. Yes, I'm aware they still make them lol, just trying to paint a picture heree! I have grown to have an absolute hate for those things! I don't know why either. I know I didn't want a really runny foundation cause waiting for stuff to dry is not my thing, that's why my nails have such horrible finish to them. Anyway back to the subject lol, having a mousse foundation is really awesome, because it's not runny! It's perfect. I also love how they have the different textures of this foundation. Like the cream kind and the liquid kind. Here's a picture of this little freckle I have on my arm before and after foundation :D
 Before
After
I dunno, it's not like I need foundation to cover my arm freckles anyway! Just an example to show coverage :) I'd say it's medium to full coverage because you can really build-up the coverage. I will say that when you first apply it that the color can seem a little lighter than it actually dries to be. So when you're at the store testing your color let it fully dry first! And by the way, this foundation has never broken me out! :)
Thanks for reading today's review :) I might post another one later!

Maybelline Baby Lips - Cherry Me/Peach Kiss

I can't imagine with how late I am reviewing this, considering the amount of people who have already done it, but if you're reading, thanks. :)
Okay, so today's review is on the Baby Lips lip balm from Maybelline, and let me tell you, I live in these things. Mainly because they actually work, but anyway. The first one I got was the Peach Kiss color/flavor. I prefer this color to the second one I got, which was Cherry Me.
First off, Peach Kiss looks like more of a flesh tone, and it is, but I hadn't removed the Cherry Me I put on before I took the pictures so it's more red on my lips, I apologize. D: This one has a lot of shimmer in it. I believe Cherry Me has some shimmer in it but with Peach Kiss you can see the shimmer in the product even before you apply it, and with Cherry Me you really can't see it.
Cherry Me is a sheer color, atleast from what it looks like in stick form compared to a swatch on the skin. But I'll show you that later. I will say that this is totally NOT my color at all. All I want it to do is moisturize my lips, not make everyone at school ask if I have makeup on :( but whatever, I chose the color :P and I can guess that people do love the red color.
Now on to the claims!! Woooo! Okay, so they claim that Baby Lips gives 8 hours moisture. I can agree with that. What I did was I put it on right before I went to bed, and I sleep alot longer than 8 hours, especially on the weekends! When I woke up, my lips still felt moisturized! Which never happens to me, because I have extremely dry lips.
Now to the swatches on my skin! The peach kiss is the lighter and bigger swatch because I had to use a knife to get the color out lmao! Then the red one is Cherry Me of course!
One last thing before I end this, I will be buying this again, because I feel that it really does work. Maybelline is probably my favorite drugstore cosmetics company, and you'll find out tomorrow :)
Thanks for reading today's daily review!

essie's Eternal Optimist

I recently got my nails done at the nail salon last weekend, and I decided on a beautiful pink color, close to Essie's camera.  (Below)
This color was gorgeous as he was applying it, but when it dried it was an insane neon red color, which I had for a couple days. I decided that since it was Fall-time, that I'd opt in for a fallish color rather than something that was in style last summer.
So I headed over to the local CVS and they didn't have a big selection at all.  Probably like 10 colors and that was it. This one shade really caught my eye though, luckily.
This color is so amazing! It almost blends in with my skin-tone, but it also compliments it just as well! It's right between a pinky/rose-tone, which makes it an all-around subtle color. It's perfect for any season especially spring, but I think it's dark enough for fall. Two layers was more than enough to coat my nails and it hasn't chipped yet and it's almost been a week! When I get acrylic nails done they usually don't even last two weeks which is insane. Here is the color in two settings, natural and artificial/indoor light!
Excuse the excess red on my nails, I'm too lazy to fix it :P Above is the indoor/artificial light.
Above is natural light :)
This color is amazing! I will definitely buy it again once this runs out :)
